Returns are available for eligible non-sale items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
ā Unworn and unused.
ā In the same condition in which it was received.
ā Returned in its original packaging.
Items purchased during a sale or promotion are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, as stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
To begin a return, contact Customer Support at contact@tryhealthway.com with your full name, order number and the item you would like to return. Wait for return instructions before sending the item.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to show the refund in your account.
