How can we help? šŸ‘‹

My parcel is being returned to the sender

A parcel may be returned to the sender if:

ā— The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete.

ā— Several delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

ā— The parcel was not collected from the carrier in time.

ā— The carrier could not access the delivery location.

ā— The recipient refused the delivery.

If tracking shows that the parcel is being returned, contact the last-mile shipping company immediately.

Depending on its current location, the carrier may still be able to arrange redelivery, hold it for collection or stop the return.

Contacting the carrier quickly gives you the best chance of receiving your parcel before the return is completed.

If you need help identifying the carrier, contact contact@tryhealthway.com. We can provide its name, your tracking number and its contact information.

If the last-mile shipping company confirms that it is unable to deliver your parcel, send Customer Support the carrier's case or reference number, or other proof that you contacted it. Once this has been provided and verified, we will arrange a free replacement.
